Anyone else have this problem? Whenever I get prepared for the rain, it tends not to rain. Today, there was a 60% chance of rain, but there is no sign? I get my umbrella, having to find it out of my closet, which was buried deep inside of it. Then, clothes in layers (short sleeve, sweater, and jacket) so that I can be warm. Then what happens? It is sunny outside, not a cloud in sight...except for the cloud in the distance. That must be the 60% chance rain cloud. Grr... Come here so that my preparation was not wasted.
Anyone else have this problem?
